How does this new functionality work?

1. Enter the result. In the "General information" section, you will find a button "Change result type".

   

2. After clicking the button, a new window will appear. In this window, you can modify the result. First, choose the new type of result you want, in this case, a “knowledge product”. To validate this change, you need to enter the 'handle' (a unique identifier) of the knowledge product. The system will then use this handle to automatically gather all necessary information to update the result.

3. Once the handle has been validated, you can confirm the result type change. In this window, you will have the following options:

   1. Download the PDF of the result before changing the result type.
   2. Provide a reason for the result type change.
   3. Confirm the change of result type.

   

4. After confirming the change, the result type will then be a knowledge product. As a user, you can continue the result submission for the knowledge product.
