📌 ToC phases and Reporting phases are connected!

The initial development of the PRMS ecosystem consisted of separate tools with limited interactions between them. Their primary focus was to facilitate a smooth reporting process by connecting the necessary sections. Initially, the only applications that interacted were CLARISA, which provided general control lists, the Online Submission Tool (OST) for registering initial proposals, and the Theory of Change (TOC), which explained the expected impact pathways for the initiatives.
During this initial phase of Cross-tools versioning development, the primary focus of integration will be on the ToC tool and the Reporting tool. This integration process will be facilitated through CLARISA, which will act as the intermediary.

🎯 Goal: Our goal is to design and implement a cross-versioning system that allows us to differentiate between data reported in the previous planning or reporting periods, and the data for 2023 and beyond.

In this release note, we aim to provide you with an understanding of how the ToC phases and Reporting phases operate. Subsequently, we will illustrate the integration between these two developments using an example.
To conduct testing, kindly proceed to the testing environments of our tools:
ToC phases can be found in the admin module and can be accessed as shown in the screenshot below.
