<aside> 📢 We have updated the system to make it possible to upload files as evidence in Section 6.
For this development, a new repository hosted in SharePoint has been created. Now, users can easily “upload files” as evidence for their results.

In Section 6, you are given a choice to specify the type of evidence being added. If you select "Link," the process for handling standard links remains the same as it has been previously. However, if you choose "Upload file," this allows you to upload a file directly to the repository, which is facilitated via SharePoint.
Users can choose whether the file they upload will be publicly viewable. If this option is not selected, only users with CGIAR accounts will be able to access the file link. After making this selection, users can then upload the file by using the drag-and-drop field provided.
The fields used to specify the Impact Area tags associated with the evidence, along with the fields for entering accompanying details, remain unchanged and will be familiar to users from previous use.
<aside> 📌 All files, whether they are public or not, can only be seen in “read only” mode.

In the example provided below, you will find a demonstration of the functionality and a step-by-step guide for this new enhancement.
