About the Site
Welcome to the Performance and Results Management System (PRMS) website (the “Site”). The Site is an online collaborative working platform that collects relevant data, makes available tools and provides services for use in planning, monitoring and reporting at the levels of CGIAR, Action Area, Initiative and component management, including stage-gate decisions, to support the delivery of the CGIAR 2030 Research and Innovation Strategy.
CGIAR System Organization maintains, administers and owns the Site (“Owner”) as a service for CGIAR staff for day-to-day Initiative management and reporting, portfolio management and resource mobilization, and for Funders and partners to access evidence of CGIAR thematic and geographic presence and progress against stated objectives.
In using the Site, including its subdomains, associated websites, mobile applications and extranets (each a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”), you (the “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”), unless specific terms apply to a Site or Sites. By accessing or using the Site, you are deemed to accept the Terms of Use, and agree to be bound by all applicable laws and regulations, including local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, you may browse the Site, yet you are prohibited from using or accessing data, tools or services provided in this Site.
User’s responsibilities
The User may need to register and/or create a User account to access or use certain sections of the Site, Materials (see below) or other Site features. The User may never use another User account without permission. By registering or creating a User account, the User represents and warrants that (i) the User is of legal age or possess legal parental or guardian consent and is fully able and competent to abide by and comply with these Terms of Use; and (ii) if the User represents a legal entity, the User has authority to bind such legal entity to these Terms of Use. The User is responsible for keeping the password and other relevant login information confidential and shall inform the Owner if at any point the User considers that his or her password or login information have been compromised and/or is being misused by someone else. The User shall take such action as is required and/or is requested by us to prevent such misuse. The User is responsible for all activities conducted under his or her User account.

The Performance and Results Management System (PRMS) is an online platform conceived and developed by the CGIAR Digital and Data Department and administered and owned by the Owner.
Unless otherwise specified, the content, organization, graphics, design, audio, animation, video, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, infrastructure, design and services on the Site, as well as their selection and arrangement, are protected by copyright and any other applicable property rights, including intellectual property rights. The Owner holds the title to the Site unless otherwise specified.
