New graphs that align with the results mapped to TOCs:
New graphs have been added to illustrate the relationship between results, Action Area outcomes, Impact Area targets, and SDG targets. These graphs can be found in the summary section.
Results versioning:
The latest Results Dashboard release now features a versioning system, allowing data pertaining to the same result across different years to be displayed. For this new improvement there are a few important rules that needs take into account and that were agreed with PPU and PCU in advance to the development of the product:
For more information about these rules, see the following presentation: https://cgiar.sharepoint.com/:p:/s/PRMSProject/EY9GBP2UxdFDkiIji4J3ZU4B-BsWexxDLHA8l2CfJVNlTQ?e=DBfUAc
New DAC scores:
We have included three new DAC markers in the Results Dashboard: Nutrition, Health, and Food Security; Environmental Health and Biodiversity; and Poverty Reduction, Livelihoods, and Jobs. These markers now appear across different sections of the Dashboard, such as the Summary, Innovation Development, Knowledge Products, and Innovation Use sections.
Please note that information for these markers is available from 2023 onward. Any data from before that date has not been entered into the system and will be displayed as "Not applicable" on the Dashboard (dark grey color).
Innovation Development and Innovation Use section enhancements:
In the Innovation Development section, we have introduced two graphs for a more detailed view of user results. These graphs categorize actors based on gender (men and women) and age (youth and non-youth). Additionally, we've included insights on results categorized by the type of institution.
In the Innovation Use section, similar to the section on Innovation Packages, we've expanded insights by displaying the number of users based on actors. This breakdown now includes distinctions for gender (men and women) and age (youth and non-youth), as well as by the type of institution.
Expanded pieces of evidence:
We have raised the number of showcased pieces of evidence to 6 in the tables at the end of each section. It's important to note that only evidence available in CGSpace continues to be displayed.
New Capacity Development options:
In the graphs for the Capacity Sharing for Development section, we now incorporate information on "non-binary" and "unknown" — in instances where the gender of the trained individuals is not specified. This enhancement ensures a more inclusive representation of gender diversity in the visualizations.
Visualization of changes in result type:
In the latest version of the Results Dashboard, we have introduced a feature that enables the display of corresponding metadata for the reporting year based on the result type. This enhancement specifically addresses cases where results transitioned from one type to another between years, ensuring accurate and contextual information.
Additional general features:
Timeout message
After 10 minutes of inactivity, the dashboard will display a message informing that it is necessary to reload the page. This feature was developed to prevent timeout errors with the Power BI service
Generating file message
When you click on the export data button, you will see a message informing that the file is being generated. Until this generation occurs, the dashboard is being disabled.
Export file name
The file name of the Excel file generated with the export data button now includes the timestamp of the moment of generation.
We have updated the details table for innovation use, where you can now filter the display by tab between innovation use or innovation packages results. Note: keep in mind that the use of view details is still a function available only for innovation packages results.
