In this new module, Initiatives, SGPs and Platforms will be able to report and evidence the achievement of their Work Package Outcome Indicators and End of Initiative Outcome Indicators based on the results already reported in the PRMS Reporting tool.

How to access the module

After logging into the PRMS Reporting tool, you will find the new Outcome Indicator Module in the navigation menu, as shown in the screenshot below.

On the module’s landing page, you will be able to:

Report progress on End of Initiative Outcomes

• Access the complete list of End of Initiative Outcome Indicators for the selected Initiative, SGP, or Platform, and proceed with reporting indicator by indicator.

  

Report progress on Work Packages Outcomes

• Access the complete list of Work Package Outcome Indicators for the selected Initiative, SGP, or Platform, and proceed with reporting indicator by indicator.

  

Export all the progress reported by indicators

• Generate an Excel report containing the status and all related information for each indicator in the selected Initiative. Both Work Package Outcome Indicators and End of Initiative Outcome Indicators are included in the same Excel file, organized in separate tabs.

How to report indicator achievement

When accessing any indicator type from this module, you will see a screen similar to the one shown in the screenshot below.

At the top, the indicator's details will be displayed for clarity. Below, you will be prompted to provide the following information:

• Cumulative value achieved by end of 2024.
  • Only numeric values are accepted.
  • Zero is a valid entry.
