We are pleased to announce the release of the new Notifications Module in the PRMS Reporting Tool, designed to provide clear updates on actions needed for shared results across Initiatives. This Module enhances collaboration and ensures timely responses to key tasks and updates.

How to access the Notifications Module

In the PRMS Reporting Tool's navigation bar, you will find the familiar bell icon for accessing notifications, commonly seen in digital products. Please refer to the video below for more details.

Once you access the Notifications Module, you will see that there are two tabs for the notification types that have been developed. These notification types are:

1. Request Notifications

To notify users of necessary result actions, such as adding contributing Initiatives to a result.

These notifications are prioritized for the user because they relate to actions required for the results-sharing process between Initiatives. As a result, they are displayed by default when the notifications module is accessed.

As seen in the screenshot above, the requests are grouped into two categories:

• Requests Received: Notifications about actions that the Initiative user needs to address. These requests can be accepted or rejected.
• Requests Sent: Notifications of requests initiated by the user, awaiting responses from other Initiatives.

Additionally, all the requests have a status, which can be:

• Pending: Action is still required.
• Done: Action has been completed.
