In preparation for the re-opening of the PRMS Reporting tool, we have implemented an important improvement, as suggested by PPU. Now, users of the PRMS Reporting tool can accurately map Action Area outcomes, Impact Area targets, and SDG targets, ensuring more precise TOC mapping.

Mapping against Action Area outcomes, Impact Area targets and SDG targets impacts the “2. Theory of Change” section of results at the Action Area Outcome level, Initiative Outcome level, Initiative Output level, and Impact level. However, this mapping will be mandatory only at the last mentioned level.

For results at the Initiative outcome level and Initiative output level

Once the TOC result (WP output/WP outcome/EOI-outcome) is selected, the Initiative should answer an additional question:

“Do you want to review relations with AA Outcomes, IA, SDG and related Targets defined in your TOC for this result?”

In case the answer is YES, the fields to select AA-outcomes, IA target and SDG targets are enabled with a pre-selection based on the.

In case the answer is NO, the fields to select AA-outcomes, IA target and SDG targets are not displayed.

For results at the Action Area outcome level

It is mandatory to select at least 1 **AA-Outcome,**1 IA target and ****1 SDG target.
